FAQ
Common questions
How far in advance do I need to book?
Summer weekends often book two to three weeks out. Weekdays and shoulder season are usually available within a few days. We confirm every request within 2 hours.
What do I need to provide?
A reasonably level spot we can back a trailer into, and that's about it. We bring the ladle and bucket and the know-how. Towels are on you.
How hot does it get?
Hot enough for a proper sauna. We get it up to temperature before we leave, and from there you control the heat with the stove controls and the ladle.
Can we use it during a fire ban?
Yes. The Sauna Wagon isn't wood-fired, so there's no open flame and campfire bans don't apply to the sauna itself. If your property or park has its own rules, mention it when you book and we'll sort it out.
What's the cold plunge add-on?
A galvanized stock trough, delivered alongside the trailer and filled on site, for $75. If you're on the lake, you already have the best cold plunge there is.
What if it rains?
Saunas are better in the rain. The trailer is fully enclosed, and we deliver in any weather the roads allow.
